1. Conceptual differences:
CNC flame cutter: is a cutting equipment that uses gas with oxygen or gasoline with oxygen for metal cutting.
CNC plasma cutting machine: is the use of high temperature plasma arc heat to make the metal part or local melting (and evaporation) at the incision of the workpiece, and by the high-speed plasma momentum to exclude molten metal to form a cut of a processing method.
Laser cutting machine: Laser cutting is a laser that will be emitted from the laser, through the optical path system, focusing on a high power density laser beam. 2. Differences in cutting quality:
CNC flame cutting machine: good inclination, heat-affected area large, large amount of slag, need to be secondary processing;
CNC plasma cutting machine: excellent inclination, heat-affected area is small, basically no slag, good to excellent fine cutting effect;
Laser cutting machine: excellent inclination, the area affected by heat is small, basically no slag, in the narrowest bend conditions can achieve good to excellent fine cutting effect;
3. Differences in production capacity:
CNC flame cutting machine: slow cutting speed, warm-up time will increase the number of perforations;
CNC plasma cutting machine: cutting a variety of thickness of metal materials are extremely fast, perforated speed is extremely fast;
Laser cutting machine: torch can be quickly disengaged, improve production efficiency, cutting thickness of less than 6mm of metal materials when the speed is extremely fast, the thicker the metal, the slower the speed, the thicker the metal, the longer the perforation time;
4. Differences in maintenance methods:
CNC flame cutter: usually can be carried out by the factory maintenance team for simple maintenance;
CNC plasma cutters: many components can usually be properly maintained by in-plant maintenance teams;
Laser cutting machine: need professional and technical personnel to complete complex maintenance work;
5. Cost difference: laser cutting machine is the most expensive, but also the most accurate and efficient high-tech cutting equipment, flame cutting machine again the cost is relatively low, plasma cutting machine use the lowest cost (per calculation)!
